Martin hornofcraftDansantElkhart Ind s/n83642.M is also stamped opposite side of s/n.this is silver, not brass and is in better than average condition. Any additional info would be appreciated I have researched this and believe it is a 27-28 model year.

While we're at it I have a Halifax Trumpet, which I think was made by King, thought there is no info on it anywhere. The serial # puts it in the years 1975-1980 (531,135)
The bore is .459 and I purchased it in79 as a Med Large Bore Trumpet stepping up from my student model Olds Ambassador

I really would like to know if it is a King and if anyone has used it and what they think of it. I am looking to upgrade and I am thinking of going to an Adams A4 .470 since airflow is not a problem and I prefer a rich dark tone almost flugelhorn like. At the price of an Adams, I can't really afford to buy a flugelhorn as well.
